Our beef comes from Blue Head Ranch in Highlands County, FL. This ranch raises Florida 'Cracker' cattle who were originally brought to Florida back in the 1500s. The ranch uses no hormones, deworming agents, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides nor do they supplement with molasses or grain /grain by-products. This is truly 100% natural, organic, LOCAL grass-fed beef.
