Friendly Evaporated Sea Water (ESW) By far the BEST ‘Sea Salt’
Excellent source of minerals and taste without a lot of salt.
Highest MINERAL content: 20-30% other minerals and organics. It’s complete. ALL other salts have minerals stripped away by boiling, piling, settling, or chemical removal.
Only ORGANIC certified in the USA: this is the only “sea salt” with natural organics. Laboratory estimated to have 50,000 different organics. Carbon organics are required for organic certification.
Most SUSTAINABLY produced: sea water is brought into a natural estuary by high moon tides. Daily temperature is 125° F and less than 1” of rain a year so it is all naturally dried.
Most NATUALLY flavorful with many nuances: natural high mineral content and organics give it unique flavors and umami. Take one very small grain – the size of a pin tip – and taste the intensity, but pleasantness. Add 1⁄4 teaspoon per quart of water to enhance the electrolytes and taste of your drinking water.
ALKALINE pH: pH is 8.13. Compare with many popular selling brands pH at an acidic pH of 6. 32-100 times less acidic than many leading sea salts.
Make powdered ESW for sweet corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. Put 1/3 cup in blender and run for 15 seconds.
May contain shellfish parts This is a natural sea product. It may contain shellfish parts.
Nothing added and never artificially heated
Use Evaporated Sea Water (ESW) – the unique complete salt Mined salt deposits: There are 84 major salt deposits in the world. Some are 3,000 feet thick and many are hundreds and several are more than 1,000 miles long.
Geologists now know that these salt deposits were all laid down within less than a year. For these deposits to form, supercritical sea water was required. It was when the Earth’s crust + lithosphere (62 miles deep) was broken into 10 major and 12 smaller plates. These would slide on mushy solid asthenosphere, be subducted and then create the very unique supercritical water which would then, within minutes or hours, lay down these large deposits of nearly pure salt. There is only one time in geological history when this condition existed and that was during the worldwide flood.
