Gluten Free Organic Sourdough Baguette, Pre-frozen

Made in an exclusively gluten free home, these baguettes are the perfect size for subs, sandwiches, or sliced as a side to any meal. Your Gluten Free family and friends will find the flavor and texture superior to most gluten free breads in the market. These have the advantage of being pre-frozen in their own paper recyclable baking pan!

Instructions for baking:

  1. Thaw overnight (about 12 hours) at room temperature. 
  2. Preheat oven to 480 degrees.
  3. Bake loaf for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 425 degrees and bake 28 minutes more.
  4. Let cool completely before slicing. Store at room temperature in a sealed container.
