Our beef comes from Baxter Cattle Company in Highlands County, FL. This ranch raises Beefmaster cattle that are rotationally grazed on over 1,000 acres of natural Florida pasture. The ranch uses no vaccines, hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, or herbicides, nor do they supplement with molasses or grain/grain by-products. This is truly 100% natural, organic, LOCAL grass-fed & finished beef.
