Our beef comes from a ranch in Collier County, FL. This ranch raises Beefmaster cattle that are rotationally grazed on over 1,000 acres of natural Florida pasture. The ranch uses no vaccines, hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, or herbicides nor do they supplement with molasses or grain/grain by-products. This is truly 100% natural, organic, LOCAL grass-fed & finished beef.

1 Skirt Steak (Inside or Outside) - approx. 1 lb total
Yields approximately 50 lbs of beef and takes up roughly 4 cubic feet of freezer space. You will need a 120qt cooler to transport.
All meat will be vacuum-sealed into individually labeled cuts and frozen for pickup.
Every cow has a different hanging weight and yields a different number of cuts. This is most likely what you will receive but substitution of some items may occur.
Only On-Farm Pickup is available for Beef Shares and will take place on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Your card will be charged in full the first Tuesday following your order. Once your card is charged, the purchase is non-refundable.
