Our beef comes from a ranch in Collier County, FL. This ranch raises Beefmaster cattle that are rotationally grazed on over 1,000 acres of natural Florida pasture.  The ranch uses no vaccines, hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, or herbicides nor do they supplement with molasses or grain/grain by-products. This is truly 100% natural, organic, LOCAL grass-fed & finished beef.

  • 2 Bone-In Ribeye Steaks - approx. 2.5 lbs total
  • 2 Bone-In NY Strip Steaks - approx. 2 lbs total
  • 2 Sirloin Steaks - approx. 2 lbs total
  • 2 Filet Mignon Steaks - approx. 1 lb total
  • 1 Flank Steak - approx. 1 lb total
  • 1 Skirt Steak (Inside or Outside) - approx. 1 lb total

Roasts, Ribs, & More

  • 3 Package Short Ribs - approx. 4.5 lbs total
  • 1 Chuck Roast - approx. 4.5 lbs total
  • 1 Shoulder Roast - approx. 1.5 lbs total

Essentials

  • 15 Packages Ground Beef (~1.15 lb packages) - approx. 17.25 lbs total
  • 3 Package Soup Bones (Marrow & Neck Bones) - approx. 9 lbs total
  • 3 Package Stew Meat - approx. 4.5 lbs total

Notes:

  1. Yields approximately 50 lbs of beef and takes up roughly 4 cubic feet of freezer space.
  2. All meat will be vacuum sealed into individually labeled cuts and frozen for pickup.
  3. Every cow has a different hanging weight and yields a different number of cuts. This is most likely what you will receive but substitution of some items my occur.
  4. Only On-Farm Pickup is available for Beef Shares.
  5. Your card will be charged the day after the Pre-Order Deadline. Once your card is charged, your purchase is non-refundable
